Good Neighbor Policy
Welcome to Sunshine Vacation Rentals! Our properties are situated in neighborhoods shared by both short-term guests and year-round residents. To ensure a delightful experience for everyone, we ask you to kindly follow all property rules and regulations. Compliance is mandatory for all guests and owners. Violations may result in eviction and forfeiture of your deposit. We appreciate your respect for the rights and space of your neighbors and fellow vacationers.
Please park only in the designated areas specific to your rental property. Some properties have vehicle restrictions, so refer to your Welcome Letter for detailed parking instructions. This is especially important if you are on a multi-family vacation or plan to park more than two vehicles at your rental residence.
Kindly place trash and recyclables at the curb no more than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Ensure that your trash cans are removed from the curb within 24 hours after pick-up.
If your rental allows pets, please be courteous to your neighbors. Clean up after your pets, keep dogs leashed at all times, and do not leave pets unattended. Excessive barking is a noise violation.
While some noise is inevitable, excessive noise can be a nuisance and may violate city ordinances. Quiet hours in residential neighborhoods are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Please be mindful of your noise levels during these times.
Parties or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit and immediate eviction. If the police are called due to noise or partying, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, forfeiting all rental payments and your deposit.
